Hi, I’m Mike Keesee! Orlando-based with 30+ years in design and construction. I’m the founder of Total Solutions Group, and I’m passionate about creating innovative, sustainable spaces. I hold certifications in Aging in Place, Green Professional Design, and Building Design, and I’m also a Certified Building Contractor and Home Inspector. At 1to1 Plans Orlando, my goal is simple: help homeowners and builders see the project clearly through immersive, life-size walkthroughs, so decisions are confident and surprises are fewer
Carl Brown
Hi, I’m Carl Brown! A structural engineer at heart since earning my Civil Engineering degree from UCF in 1989. As a co-founder of Total Solutions Group, I’ve worked across residential and commercial projects and helped build an engineering team focused on consistent, high-quality outcomes. With 1to1 Plans, I’m excited to bring a design experience that makes plans feel real so clients can walk the layout at full scale and make smart decisions before construction begins.
